Welcome to Bidsle (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Bidsle mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the EULA.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Bidsle.

By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Bidsle is not responsible for unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your login details.

3. Auctions, Bidding & Purchases

3.1 Auction Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listings, descriptions, prices, and images.

Items listed must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.

Zero Tolerance Listing Policy: Listings must not include objectionable content. You must not list or upload content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove listings and take enforcement action at any time.

3.2 Bidding

All bids are binding.

Placing a bid indicates your intent to purchase if you win.

You may not bid on your own auctions.

3.3 Buy Now Requests

Buy Now requests are offers and are not guaranteed until accepted by the seller.

Sellers may approve or reject Buy Now requests at their discretion.

3.4 Auction Outcomes

Bidsle does not guarantee payment, delivery, or transaction completion.

Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for fulfilling their obligations.

4. Messaging & Communication

Bidsle provides in-app messaging to facilitate communication between users.

Messages must be respectful and lawful.

Zero Tolerance for Abusive Users: Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, spamming, scams, sexually explicit content, or any abusive behavior is prohibited.

We reserve the right to moderate, restrict, or disable messaging access if misuse is detected.

5. Permissions & Device Access

Bidsle may request access to certain device features:

5.1 Camera & Photo Gallery

Used to:

• Upload profile photos 
• Upload auction images

We do not access your camera or gallery without your permission.

5.2 Notifications

Used to: Notify you of bids, messages, auction updates, and alerts

You can disable notifications anytime via device settings.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, including images and messages.

By submitting content, you grant Bidsle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for operating the App.

You must not upload, post, send, or share:

• Illegal content 
• Stolen or copyrighted material (without permission)
• Misleading, fraudulent, or scam content
• Objectionable content, including content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise abusive

We may remove content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms or poses a risk to users.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations 
• Manipulate bids or auctions
• Create fake accounts
• Abuse messaging or notifications
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App
• Interfere with platform security
• Post, upload, message, or list objectionable content
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or target other users

Violation may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You violate these Terms or the EULA 
• You engage in fraudulent behavior
• You post objectionable content or engage in abusive conduct
• Required by law or security concerns

You may not create a new account to bypass enforcement actions.

You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, app design, and software are the property of Bidsle.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

10. Disclaimers

Bidsle is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

• Auction success 
• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation

Use the App at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidsle shall not be liable for:

• Financial loss 
• Disputes between users
• Data loss
• Unauthorized access
• Transaction failures

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bidsle harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the App 
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
